Welcome

Save $10 - 20 Your First Night of Camping

If you are looking for free camping and prefer Washington or Oregon wilderness to Wal-Mart parking lots, Ray's Guides are the books for you! One Guide for Washington State and another for Oregon State list no-fee, no reservation campgrounds. Remote, secluded and close to nature, they are perfect for campers with tents, vans, camper shells, and small trailers who love fishing quiet lakes and hiking halfway to heaven, and who know that "free spirit" has nothing to do with money.

Many of the campgrounds are near trailheads for hikers or horseback trail riders. Some of the sites are accessible to RVs, but most are not. However, many are handicapped accessible, some with special facilities.
